A problem has occurred with the phone. It cannot load internet data nor detect Internet. Network Service providers couldn't help the owner fix it either. Will it help to rewrite the NV?

Thanks freshtyt. I thought of that but I imagined the network providers tried that already. I'll go try that and give feedback.
