i have huawei echolife hg8240h ont gpon modem,
it was provided by AIRTEL fibre isp earlier, it was working fine with AIRTEL isp , now i have changed my ISP to BSNL FTTH now after configuring the modem the internet connection is eshtablished in the modem but not able to use access internet through LAN cable (tried all 4 ports) n there is no problem in LAN port, as it doesnot have wifi cannot check weathr it works with wifi or not, i thought Airtel isp might have provided me custom firmware modem so i contacted huawei for stock firmware but as i have not bought directly from them they are not helping me with the firmware, if this is the issue how to solve this . i still donno the exact problem , and there are 2 tel ports in the modem i can connect it to telephone but voice connection is not established in the modem, plz help me , thank you

how did you confirm that internet connection is established? are you able to access the modem's dashboard?
try inserting the airtel sim back then check if you're able to access internet
