your ROM is likely fine although the fault still lies between the ROM and the speaker.
lets try re-flashing the stock backup but first, backup your phone using this guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-468.html just in case

It worked.. Thnks soo much!!!!!! I reflashed the STOCK Rom using the tutorial and tHE SCRATCHY SOUND VANISHED.. tHE SCRATCY SOUND CAN ONLY BE HEARD WHEN THE VOLUME IS MAXIMUM..
