is that not a privacy lock you're talking about?
have you tried factory resetting the phone then insert a different sim card?

How did your phone develop this lock? Did you tamper with the Modem / NV?

While being in diag allows you make modification to the nvram, I doubt miracle box is the the cause. Did you notice this issue immediately after an update?

The device is working fine now with both sim inserted .one with 4g jio sim( necessary ) and now no unlock pin prompt. This is temp solution.

I once had a feature phone configured this way. Maybe backing up and restoring NVRAM from another phone of the same model without this issue would help
