this is v4 algo, if you're willing to try download the tools @ https://mega.nz/#!3TwFjQSL!JLly87nO3TSNr...ULCn7KK-Wc

1. Remove sim card
   
2. Disassemble the mifi, boot shot and connect it to the PC (it should connect as 3G PC UI Interface)
   • if it doesn't then install BOS fix and restart the PC then bootshot and connect the mifi again
3. Launch Balong tool > refresh and select the mifi port > select and flash 'uldr_oem-nck.bin' 
   
4. Launch DC unlocker, choose the mifi model from the list then search for the mifi
   
5. Once the mifi is detected, run the following AT commands and copy out and save the result of each command
