I DOWNLOADED A ROM FOR TECNO P5 CLONED, ONLY .BIN FILE IN THE FOLDER

Please I need your help I download a cloned rom for tecno p5 and when i extracted it i was expecting to see a scatter file or a .pac file, but I saw only the .bin file.
Please how do i load it to the spd download tool or sp flash tool?
