yes I did what you told me hovatek but I still have the same error plus the phone is on electrical outlet since Friday but the phone does not charge

The firmware contents you posted is different from the one with the error.
I'm trying to see if the official rom came with a DA file.. EMMANUS

I tried the firmware always the same mistake. ERROR: STATUS_DA_HASH_MISMATCH (0xc0070004).

the USB cord was unplugged by mistake while I was updating V31 and after I formatted the phone with sp flash tool and that's where I got the error ERROR: STATUS_DA_HASH_MISMATCH (0xc0070004).version of SP flash tool V5. 1804
