[Please help] Iphone 4S with No Media sound

My iphone 4s has no media sound at all when playing music or any media file.
But Alarm and other sound like incoming call works fine.
When i press the volume buttons it looks like on the picture.
PLEASE HELP ME!

the volume keys might faulty.
Have you tried resetting the phone?

No Sound on Instagram. Let's Fix It. Here are some common solutions to try:-
