I bought TECNO Camon CX Air four days ago and when I try to root, it becomes dead at all. I searched on the internet but can't find the software of my build number.

Which processor? What android version? Due to bad flash probably bricked. Unless we know the processor we cannot try reflash. Bye the the way is battery removable?

At what point exactly did it go dead and how did you try rooting.
