Check if WLAN MAC filter is enabled then disable it. Go to settings>WLAN>WLAN MAC Filter

Clarify something. After the WiFi connection goes out:
can the MiFi still share Wireless network?
can the other devices see the network?
if they see the WiFi, what's the exact error they show then they try connecting?
