[Please help] windows xp problem

hello when I Connect my device to my laptop as MTP, it brings the wizard set up and if i click install automatically, it just won't recognise and install drivers automatically from my phone, it says it can't find the software for it, i even downloaded and installed mtp toolkit from Microsoft website but the outcome is still the same, help
