Sgh I9505 was demanding network unlock code which i unlocked with z3x and it was successful.
After the unlock, the device gets full network bar but in emergency mode.
Imei is there too.

that's a certificate issue. 
have you tried flashing the stock ROM?

No i haven't tried that yet..i was thinking of "repairing" with z3x but i don't know how

"Patch file" or write CERT does not appear when i click repair or backup In this phone model.
But when i choose for instance "i9500" it shows

Probably not supported.
Look for Cert file and write with Octoplus box
