Team....am having this samsung phone model SM-G318H....it just hung on logo...at first when turned on it shows SAMSUNG TREND NEO.....after i flashed it with this filmware G318HXXU0APF1_OJV0APF2_Arabic_4.4.4.zip it shows GALAXY TREND2 Lite...but still it hangs on logo...so my confusion is on right filmware...when i search it with imei to check its NAME it shows its GALAXY V PLUS...but on sites to download right file am getting SM-G318HZ...HELP FOR RIGHT FILE...its a single sim

Have you tried flashing the file that shows SM-318HZ?
Did you take note of the phone's original build no before flashing the phone?

wasnt able to get buid no as it was on logo state.....i tryed to flash with it but it end up failed but i think its mmc prob..as this SM-G31H file flash it successfully without error

Do you know the PDA, CSC or Origin country / carrier? Can it enter recovery mode?

Try the firmware for your region @ https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ , if still the problem persist then you'll need to have the phone checked by a hardware expert.
