SolomonEnigma, I downloaded ressurection remix for techno c7 but when I installed it using the twrp, it aborted with errors "this package is for canon_7,tecno, but your device is TECNO-C7". meaning the problem is around name
your update-script needs to be modified, as advised via facebook. Like1:09 pm
So how do I modify that script and using which program

Unzip the rom, check META-INF > com > google > android for the update-script and edit using Notepad++
just change canon_7 to TECNO-C7 then save and rezip the rom (extension must be zip)

DO I NEED TO CHANGE ANYTHING IN THR METADATA file in com/android
