pls my infinix note 3 x601 now switch off instantly I insert charger or insert USB cable to PC when its powered on.
when its off too, PC can't recognize it.
I've tried installing USB Vcom drivers but to no avail..
still windows can't detect it.
my flash charging hence has automatically stopped working.. tried different USB but to no avail.
pls help me revive the phone from switching off automatically once USB is inserted.

non removable battery and the back is sealed metallically.

my phone has stayed at carlacare for 5 days n now the phone going off when charger is connected is fixed..
but now no options show on my phone when I connect to PC..
n PC doesn't give any response again.it just charge like that
no sound or anything that phone is connected
