My monitor started this problem of when u switch on the screen will go blank even when the green indicator shows its powered on help me i changed the video cable but to no avail it stoped and started again

have you tried this monitor on a different CPU to ascertain the problem really isnt from the monitor?
also check the buttons or roller on the side of the monitor; check for the brightness button and ensure its not at the lowest
