My phone kimfly Z31 mobile phone is not start and its problem is continue restart my phone so what is the solution of in ths case.Even i've download Kimlfly Z31 flashfile but always extract file may corrupt. What is the proper solution of it because it is many time problem has face to me please give me a proper solution of it.

You need to flash the stock rom so lets take a look at the problem you're having with extracting the stock rom. What is the file format (.zip , .rar , .7z etc) and which tool are you using to extract?
