This just a simple patched to help you fix SD Card issues i.e internal storage missing as per my case after porting a rom.
boot your phone into recovery mod then flash the zip.

I had this problem with my newly bought 16GB SD card.
After been used for like 2days after purchased, it keeps saying SD card damaged, later will b writing format SD card, the SD card later became unavailable on d fone(phone won't detect it)
Try to format it using Windows, bt it was unable to format, yet not discoverable by my fone.

Pls any help to this?

Try error checking using windows. right click sd card. select properties select tools on the above tab >select error checking..

Try error checking using windows. right click sd card. select properties select tools on the above 

Ur tutorial is really helpful, but the challenge I'm facing now is dat d system can no longer discover d flash anymore.
The response is dat "cannot open volume for direct access", "please insert a disk onto removable dist (g", etc
Pls any further help?

Download Partition Magic. Click on your SD card disk letter (confirm by checking in My Computer.). Select Delete partition. Then select create partition. Create with all disk space. Then click on Apply all @ the bottom-left corner. I hope that helps..

I can't access d SD card anymore, since its neither readable inside my fone nor in card reader
