When updating to v133
The OTAs encrypted the phone automatically if you had set up a lock screen password/pattern/pin and the only way to decrypt is performing a factory reset and this will wipe everything including your files and media.But at this point it's not a must
Just press cancel and backup to external SD card.
It will work
For installing zips also use external SD or adb sideload.

Now I understand why last time when I restored I was asked a password I never set. Now assuming I backup to SD card as suggested will I not be asked for password when I restore again. I usually use pattern yet after restore it asked for a password.
