Does Nokia Lumia (Windows Phone ) Are Same To Iphone . Incase They Mistakely Flashed With Firmware And Showing Unlock Activation Like "Icloud Locked " . Does Nokia Lumia Locked Like Iphone As Microsoft Lumia Unlock !!!

I don't think Microsoft have such security, did you try wiping the phone and see whether it will boot to home screen?
