I have been using this phone for over a year now and it has started this problem for over three months now

Boot into factory mode and test wifi and Bluetooth
Also you can try to reflash the phone if it wont work then its a hardware problem caused by over heating that's caused by fast charging. I had the same phone that developed that issue and it couldn't be fixed

Do you have problem with FM Radio?
Also, try Factory Reset in Settings>Backup & Reset.
