I have a Dell optiplex 380 that has declined to boot even its bios memory. I have disconnected and reconnected all memories and the pci and front i/o panel, still nothing. Please help

how could this happend? is your power cords are ok? try to check front side light patterns it will tell u whats wrong. is the display shows something?
