If you rooted your Android phone and the language keeps automatically changing whenever you reboot or turn on then off airplane mode then the problem might be from the SuperSu app
What to do when language automatically changes on a rooted Android phone after reboot or airplane mode
There are two fixes to consider:
1. Launch the SuperSU app > Settings > Language > Tick the language of your choice > reboot > The language might revert back, no worries > Go back to SuperSU > Tick your language of choice again > Reboot
2. Launch Playstore and update your SuperSu app to the latest version
