This might have come from your first startup. Maybe you selected Arabic instead of English

Ensure the phone is rooted then try Morelocale2 @ https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...cale&hl=en

You could also install XPosed and use Xposed App Locale @ https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...cale&hl=en
