Hi guys, after searching on the net so many times, trying to find a way out to unlock the new modem/mifi on algo code 4
I found my own guide very very powerful

WARNING
flashing usbloader breaks the reset button and this can't be undone

REQUIREMENTS
1. BALONG USB DOWNLOADER
2. E5573s-320/606 2.180 FIRMWARE
3. E5573s-320/606 2.11.9 firmware
4. E5573s-320/606 17v web UI - dashboard software-huawei
5. Huawei latest modem drivers v5-mifi drivers
6. Dc unlocker- FREE CLIENT VERSION[/b]
7. Take note of the imei and sn of the device (either check the stick at the back or check the web management page) and keep this info safe

* download DCunlocker @ https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads
* windows 10 users, download BOS registry fix

1. lets start, download links above. Download all files as shown in picture

2. disassemble the modem and short the boot pin to the USB connector as shown in the bootshot picture

3. Now connect the mifi to the PC using a usb cable while still holding the boot pin connection above. Once the device shows up in device manager, you can remove the bootshot but leave usb connected

4. Launch balong downloader and flash the USBLOADER file
Extract and run Balong downloader as admin then click detect and ensure the mifi can be detected as BOOT_3G, click browse and locate the USLOADER.BIN then click load to flash

5. Now quickly Update using E5573 21.110.9 firmware, do not DELAY to flash, don't ask why....................

6. Now run E5573 21.110.9 update software THIS TIME NO ERROR 19, because modem loader is now more or less universal

7. Launch DC unlocker and write your imei and SN using the method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-18443.html

8. Finally flash the webui

I did everything and all was fine until the last step to upgrade the dashboard to 2.180
It will update to an extent and get stock at
Begin to resume user information
the next thing it will bring up error code 21:

OK, I personally got such report from friends but Bro, your modem has been upgraded, once the update process did without Error, its installed with or without USER INFORMATION process

To verify whether mifi is working, cancel the process and put a non accepted sim, and check the mifi for wireless connection and Ethernet

Tested by me......
Modem is upgraded even with user information resume ERROR
