(09-09-2019, 10:19 PM)A1ex037 Hello,
Alex here. I could use an assistance with the guide. This modem is killing me and I really don't know anymore what am I doing wrong. I am able to perform usbloader.bin with Balong USB downloader, and to update firmware "Huawei_E5573s-320_Firmware_21.110.99.02.00_general ". After that, I am able to fire up DC Unlocker (not sure if it matters, but I don't have an account), and to read modem info (but only in a brief moment of time, right after update is complete). Modem reboots (I think), both LEDs are lit, and the modem info is displayed:
Found Applications port COM12
Found modem : E5573s-320
Model : Huawei AuthVer 4 modem (New)
IMEI : 000000000000000
Serial NR. : 0123456789ABCDEF
Firmware : 21.110.99.02.00
Compile date / time : Oct 29 2014 14:38:58
Hardware ver. : CL1E5573SM01
Dashboard version : 00.00.00.000.00
SIM Lock status : unlocked
Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)
SIMLock status is displayed as Unlocked, IMEI and WebUI are lost (which should be correct according to the guide). As soon as I try to restore IMEI, both LEDs start flashing and the DC unlocker is unable to read modem info anymore. Last time I managed to do it really quick (pasting the command and hitting enter immediately), and got OK message for IMEI. But still, after that, both LED are just flashing and I cannot update WebUI. If it matters, I have "Huawei_Drivers_4.25.18". I have tried several combinations, including FC serial driver, HUAWEI_DataCard_Driver_6.00.08.00. OS is Windows 10 x64.
I am completely lost. Any ideas?
Thanks.
