Because u cannot downgrade the v124 because it has taken it ramdisk to vendorboot that's why u have kernel version 5.10
And the reason why chrome is not opening is because is has taken u back to base firmware of super ,
If u want to fix it u have to download the v124 (or skip if u have it) extract it and flash the super.img inside the parent folder and also super inside global folder

If I choose higher build, i will choose firmware upgrade, if I choose lower build, I will choose Download only. Am I right?

Steps to Unlock itel Bootloader
Preparation: Back up all data. Ensure your battery is charged above 60%.
Enable Developer Options: Go to Settings > System > About Phone and tap Build Number 7 times.
Enable OEM Unlocking: Go to Settings > System > Developer options and enable OEM unlocking and USB debugging.
Note: If OEM Unlocking is greyed out, you may need to wait up to two weeks with an active itel ID.
Enter Fastboot Mode:
Turn off the phone.
Press and hold Volume Down + Power simultaneously until the bootloader/fastboot screen appears.
Unlock via PC:
Connect the phone to the PC via USB.
Open a command prompt/terminal on your PC (ensure ADB/Fastboot drivers are installed).
Check connection: fastboot devices
Unlock command: fastboot flashing unlock.
Confirm on Device: Press the Volume Up button to confirm the unlock when prompted on the screen.
Reboot: The device will factory reset and reboot.
