What's the issue with your device?

I decided to flash it bcos it was bringing an error message "unfortunately, ..." preventing me from accessing the the phone.
Now it has been flashd but refused to power.

Disconnect/reconnect the phone's battery then plug to charge for few hours. Let's know if it powers on.

you need to loosen the back cover of the phone to get to the battery
