My Tecno Phantom N9 wont power up
samuelzio The drained tab I got from someone already has battery issues as in it runs flat very quickly becuase he hasnt used it for a while. Would that be the problem?
I am also going to try doing the format with SP flash tool by 4pm, can you pls be on standby for me?

sorry for the late response, we've been carrying out some upgrades on our platforms. just leave that other tablet to keep charging, it'll eventually come up. maybe its initial battery issues could make it take extra long but continuos charging will revive it
samuelzi What if i try formating the brick one with SP Flash tool version 5 and nothing happens,what next?

ok. use SP flash tool version 5. use download only. if that doesn't work, use format + download all.
If SP flash tool doesn't detect the phone then download USBdeview and use it to uninstall all preloader, vcom and mediatek drivers then manually install vcom drivers afresh using http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
