i recently got a boot loop and decided to hard reset my tecno f7. i ran into encryption failed screen.each time i try to reset as suggested in this forum it fails to clear cache and user data . now am stuck on the android logo

yes.it took me here http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-580.html and it was unsuccessful.so i guess the only option is to flash rom,please assist.email address is solokihiu@yahoo.co.uk

MT6577 should run on Android 4.1 . I just wanted to confirm
