please i will need any tecno s9 custom rom download link i can get i installed font and after rebooting it got stuck at tecno logo i tried the MTK clockwork mod it didnt work but i have access to a working phone of same model what do i do ?? please i need help??

you dont have a problem then. here's what you'll need to do

1. Root the good s9 using  http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1.html
2. Do an MTK backup of the good s9 using  http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-468.html
3. Flash clockworkmod recovery to both phones using  http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-455.html
4. Make a CWM backup of the good s9 using http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-472.html
5. Restore the CWM backup of the good s9 to the bricked s9 using Method B @ http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-89.html

but am trying to flash clockworkmod to my brickrd s9 but to no avail av tried nd tried my phone dosent com up in mtk tools

The guide asks you to boot your bricked phone into factory mode (volume down + power button ) if its not detected by MTK droid tools. Ensure to install PdNet on the PC using the good phone as the guide explains..... very important!!!

But sorry to ask oh if i install clockwork on the good tecno using the recoevery tools flasher method can i restore it on my bricked phone that has clockwork mod installed through mtk tools/pdanet method? and if so how can i create a CWM RECOVERY IMAGE for my s9 ....

I didn't ask you to use the recovery tools flasher method, you might ruin the phone's recovery mode. check my earlier reply, I gave you a guide to follow in flashing Clockworkmod recovery to both phones. flash Clockworkmod recovery to both phones and let's know when that's done.
