I have a problem with my blackberry z10 which is the phone over heat way too much and the battery drain very fast!.

Questions :
1. What are you usually doing on the phone when it overheats
2. Do you use it while charging?
3. Is your 3g / Wi-Fi / Bluetooth always on?
4. Is your screen brightness set to brightest?
5. Do you charge it using a laptop or it's original charger?
6. Is the battery slightly swollen?

1.The moment i on it, the overheating start (without even subscription on it).
2.No i don't use it while charging
3.3g/wifi/ bluetooth are always off
4.Brightness is set halfway to the end
5.I charge with a charger not laptop
6.Batter is all good not swollen (I even got a new one but still no change)

P.S its just one day I woke and found the phone starting to behave this way, Thanks.

Your power unit is likely faulty. Read this guide @ http://www.hovatek.com/blog/how-to-make-...st-longer/ . If it doesn't help then you'll have to take it in for a hardware checkup
