[Please help] Fix Bricked Xiaomi Redmi Note 12R

I had an unlocked bootloader Xiaomi Redmi Note 12R
I wanted to relock the bootloader
after flashing a non cn firmware and locking bootloader
the phone is now stuck in recovery mode
with error "this system version can't be installed on this device.

hmmm could you explain further? do you have the full firmware of your Xiaomi Redmi Note 12R? also how did you unlocked it?

yes, I had the bootloader unlocked and had a custom rom.
I want it to flash miui rom
flashed a eu stock rom using miflash, the phone is cn
apparently that brickes the phone, now it boot into recovery mode with error "this system version can't be installed on this device.
the bootloader is locked so i can't flash anything
