I followed this specific guide about how to readback the rom of you qualcomm phone and I can never get passed this part.

I always get a sahara error and Partition manager window will never open.
I even followed a seperate post from the thread on this forum that i found that video on; how to fix sahara problem and I didnt come up with any luck. I also used Google and turned up nothing. Any specific points here?

1. I loaded QFIL and Selected FireHose Config.

2. Tried each of the Files shown; I've managed to collect them over time from watching videos and browsing forums trying to get passed this.

3. I then open partition manage in hopes to read back the rom and back the whole rom up.

Looks to me like you're using an incompatible firehose. What's the model and did you get firehose from the firmware?

I'm asking for the device model. Also, where did you get the firehose from?

The device model is a Schok Volt SV55 and I found them in the folder of EdlClient from the same person who made MTKclient. I managed to get mtkclient to work but edlclient has far exceeded me.

Can you by any chance get the firmware?

I've done a Google search before and I've just finished another one, I couldn't find anything for it besides a thread on XDA that i've visited already. It had a boot and recovery image but I felt like it wasn't for my phone but I used it still. Thats how I rooted it in the first place. Now I wish to restore that one but I cant use a single Firehose correctly with QFIL or EDL to back up my phones ROM. I have two of the SchokVolt SV55, so I felt generous enough to use the supplied boot and recovery image from a google search. With one phone being intact, i was trying to get a backup done.

SN: Is erasing the system.img before flashing a system.img completely necessary cause I tried many GSI's off google for my mediatek and none will prove to be complacent with my phone.

Okay, I've only seen about 1-2 guides via YouTube about QFIL and working with Sahara. Alongside that, I've seen many people mention Firehoses, a file needed to read the ROM I assume.
