HI, I am trying to backup my Huawei Y5 lite firmware.
Specs:
MediaTek 6739
Ram 1 GB
EMMC 16 GB

I tried WWr + MTK + SP Flash tool but failed due to an error (SP flash tool Error : STATUS_ERR (0xC0010001))

Then I found a post with a MTK client command that backup the entire firmware
python mtk rl --skipdata "<Place to dump the files>"

It did backup the firmware with around 46 items.
All of the files were .bin format..
I don't know how to change it to their respective formats
Or if the command was wrong, please correct me.

I need them to root and install twrp..

The files are fine, you can also use MTK Client to flash them back when you want to

There's nothing to change. Leave them in .bin (in case you wish to restore).
.bin and .img are the same thing, just to change the file extension, that's all.
