CDLFWDriver startup Fail on SPD Flash tool

Dear moderators,
My computer fails to run spd flash tools.
I downloaded spd upgrade tool and spd research download tool, and even attempted to run SPD factory tool, But they keep giving me this same error "CDLFWDriver" followed my "failed to create empty document"

I've attempted the fix @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-4870.html and the error still persists.
please help 🙏

You're supposed to install both x84 and x64 version of the Microsoft C++ redistributables for each year. Did you do that?
