I have forgotten a password for my sharp simple sumaho 5 (a001sh) please help me firmware to flash it because I have tried different tools to hard reset it but i failed

Have you tried to reset the phone in Recovery?

What is the Android version? You could do a factory reset and then bypass FRP if that comes up
