Bricked MTK8227 TWRP bootloop in recovery[?]

Hi,
I've recently flashed TWRP from hovatek builder on my Android HU (some chineese MTK AC8227L) and wanted to flash open gapps but my system partition was too small so i've resized it and reformatted with ext4. Then i went to reflash system.img but twrp doesn't let me. Now i seem to be stuck in recovery, unable to reboot into system or bootloader/fastboot. I've tried connecting it to pc. It shows up as serial demo_ac8227l for a moment and adb lists it but only for a moment (long enough to send adb reboot <x>).
I've got old boot/system/recovery images and old scatter file but cant flash with SPtool. I'm bit afraid to flash recovery now as my device might get completely bricked.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Update: after playing with diffrent drivers i was able to swap to vcom driver and access SP flash tool

You should have done a full backup first before flashing anything.
There's still hope though.
Do a full backup (except userdata) using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-46323.html

I thought i made full TWRP backup however something happened and the file wasnt here anymore.

I've got SPft to work but im unable to use MTK Droid Tools as HU is visible to adb for too short.
I found firmware and scatter file on internet. Dumped preloader and reformatted mmc w/o bootloader, then flashed firmware. Now HU boots into android but i ran into diffrent issues. I cant access /data/local/temp nor any external storage nor inetrnal storage. Guess thats because i did not flash cache and userdata. Also the screen only "kinda" works. I can see only afterimages on right half of screen. The rest is black/flickering. Guess thats because of jancar(vendor) image which i do have backup of (... somewhere).
Guess i gotta get parted to work and remake cache/userdata. Luckily the HU came with debug soft so i dont have to root it.
