When i run the spd tool it show a error that CDLFDriver startup fail and give me a message which is ( faild to creat empty document.) Why it show however i install Microsoft C++ and restart many times but it doesn't work and i have firmware

Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005, 2008, 2010 . Instal both X86 and X64 if you have a 64bit PC
