I like to keep my old phones and root them if possible, to run various tasks.  However, two of my Samsung phones have no 'OEM unlock' option, so I haven't been able to root them.

This have happened on several other Samsung phones, but I will mention 2 in particular:

1.)  Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, SM-A146U, Android 14, baseband: A146USQS9DXI2, CPU: Mediatek MT6833V/NZA
and
2.) Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, SM-A516U, Android 13, baseband: A516USQSFGXE2, CPU: A516USQSFGXE2

On #1, I was able to change the CSC code from TMB to ATT, and then install an ATT firmware, but that did not add a 'OEM unlock' option.

So, both are network unlocked, there is no 'OEM unlock' option under Developer options, and neither of them are able to be rooted using Magisk (Odin couldn't flash the modified images).  Also, there are no TWRP recovery rom and no Samsung Combo firmware for either phone.

Do you think there is any way to root or unlock the bootloader on these phones?

Thanks.

What are their original carriers?
