How did this start? Is baseband valid or unknown?

My mobile phone has a bootloop, so I'm looking for a way to flash the rom again, but I press the wrong button and select format all, and when I enter the device, the imei or wifi mac are all gone. I can't use apps that require Google verification, so I need a workaround. I don't know if there is a solution or not.

Yes, you can use SP Flash Tool, and copy the scatter file from the firmware you previously flashed into this extracted folder
