May I know the phone model?

You can switch from the current slot to the inactive slot. Once changed, you can sideload the OTA or install it from the recovery mode.

Use the following commands in fastboot;

fastboot getvar current-slot
fastboot set_active <inactive-slot>

U can't flash on both slots no matter what.
AB slot is like a pendulum,can't swing to the two side at the same interval ,
