Why i update the recovery.bin or recovery.img from a watch (cd99-s16-9832e) to Hovatek’s TWRP Builder,all with to failure,why?

recovery.bin,export use [spd_dump]

recovery.img,export use [SPD_Research_Tool]

I'm upload the recovery.bin or recovery.img from a watch (cd99-s16-9832e) to Hovatek’s TWRP Builder,the web site give me Your Work ID is YAFNrotfNMPYu6HkyaQH
and Your Work ID is Ayoh2VZ6ZWfiBfri7reS. but when i use this id to query result.the web site tell me failure.
