my infinix hot10i x659b is in a red state, and in sp flash tool im stuck at error s_timeout(1042)

my primary intention was to relock the bootloader. i fixed the red state problem, my new problem is that it is stuck in XOS logo. i did reflash the firmware but the issue is still there

Reboot to recovery and factory reset the phone
