My itel a60 a662L is stuck in rescue party mod, now it only have two options
1. Try again - which will restart phone but cant touch anything and after 2-3 seconds it will again boot in rescue party mod
2. Factory data reset - which i dont wanna do it

phone was stucked because i turn on developer options and change display cut out setting, i dont really remember the setting name so name can be wrong

bootloader is locked
its not rooted
not having any custom recovery
usb debugging is not on

is there any way to get my data back?

i am trying to read back firmware
using research download tool and following the steps which is posted here
https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-31800.html

but it fails everytime after downloading fdl2 ,fdl1 downloads properly.

tried 4 stock roms of this model
1 of them is posted here https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-45513.html

and also tried diffrent versions of research download tool but it always finish with errors like this
1. failed [UB1254] software has  not supported this feature [UnSupportOperation:ExecNandInit]
2. failed [UB1142] Wait input time out

after it finish with error i click stop downloading option in tool and then hold power button of device
and it boots for few seconds and then again boots in rescue party mod

one other thing is why pac file after load shows name a662LQ in research download tool ,device name should be a662L,
what does this Q means in LQ.

i want rom of my device without errasing current userdata any solutions how can i get it??

Retaining user data might be difficult.

You can download this firmware build @ https://www.needrom.com/download/itel-a662l/
It's the first one on the list, flash using research download tool, untick user data and cache before flash

See @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1231.html

If after successful flashing and the phone is in bootloop, reboot to recovery and factory reset the phone

I don't want to flash
I want userdata.img and other stock files from my phone that's why I am trying to use active read feature of research download tool
but everytime my phone gets detected in tool ,shows error or failed after downloading fdl2 file.
stock files backup of my phone will also help me in future in rooting etc

And I have tried that firmware build, using that pac file also results same ,not flashed just tried active read.

According to some YouTube videos some people say's volume down button should be pressed through out the flashing or reading process
I'll try active read feature using this method later ,I don't think it will work

Here's the deal

1. Forget about backing up userdata because your model has encrypted data so its of very little use unless you're doing a full backup and restore (which is pointless in this case)
2. The error you're getting suggests that your model has a recent security so you either need a compatible version of transsion software download tool or a paid Unisoc tool to dump or flash
3. Since you've not unlocked the bootloader or modified the firmware, a factory reset seems like the surest way out because TWRP / Root - based methods to undo what you did have hit a stone wall.

BTW, does ADB detect the device in its current state?
