Can someone please help me out with the file for the 8768. Worst case can I have a very detailed step by step. I don't mind learning how to as I could have used that knowledge many times over.

Appreciate the help as well!

Hey Thanks for the reply. The reason I wanted it was because my mother was given this to email back and forth while she was in a care home before entering palliative care. She has since passed and we are wanting to repurpose it for our daughter. The thing is still without any major scratches, which is a plus.

I am sorry to hear about your mother, however why not just factory reset the phone ?
