Okay, first i can't with flash SP Flash Tools, i get 4032 error, second the device has MT6572, so there is no nvram, persist.
What tools could i use to try to reflash preloader? And how can i boot to BROM?
Device has 7 Hardware buttons.

You can also try using miracle box loader or thunder version, but first create a firmware backup using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
