I have back up my ZTE a51 using the method described on this site using research tool, my issue now th nvitem is 2.00mb and looking at other examples on other firmware its about 709kb. Everytime i try to flash the nvitem is says partition over its size. Phone is currently saying network lock after flash(because of bootloop), is there a way to shrink nvitem because this back up has all info i need to restore.

Good day I need some assistance please, I have flashed firmware on my blade A51 and messed up everything after flash network locked,I took the NVitem file from the second A51 backed it up and somehow while reading the firmware from the second A51 messed up that A51 as well, managed to fix the second one flashed the NVitem file and signal came back I am trying to use the same file on my first network locked A51 but it's not working.Any idea how to maybe edit this file to make it work on this device?

Good day all

I am currently stuck between a rock and a hard place, i have a ZTE blade a51 and my previous firmware on the device was MiFavor 10.5 specs were 3GB ram and 64gb storage. I Flashed the firmware which i found online now phone is showing 2gb ram and MiFavor firmware no where to be found, seems like all the firmware online is not for my variant of the A51(if have tried all of them). So i cant return to stock firmware because i cant find it, i have a backup of the nvitem / prodnv / miscdata from another ZTE blade a51(also MiFavor 10.5), tried flashing to my phone and i keeps on saying network locked which is not the case. Can anyone shed so light on how to fix this issue, i have flashed the backup using research tool but still no luck / factory set was done / imei changed but reverted back to the one thats in the back of the phone, baseband is good nothing wrong just no signal with both sim cards.

It seems there might have been a misunderstanding about the RAM configuration of your ZTE Blade A51. Based on available information, this device typically comes with 2GB of RAM.

You could try flashing an NVRAM backup from another ZTE A51 device

I have already tried that same device same region, no signal. I had 2 devices in this state both ZTE a51 blades, one i had a back up off was struggling to flash nvitem to this devices because of it being over partition size, managed to shrink nvitem and restored it to the first zte phone and it work. Now i want to use the same file for the second zte blade a51 but it remains on network locked and no signal sim cards are being picked up also the ICCID for both sims are showing but cant connect to network.

Both of these devices had MiFour 10.5 and both showed 3gb ram, after flash both shows 2gb ram.

Have you tried flashing the previous firmware backup you made using format + download option in SP Flash Tool?

Please use the Research Download Tool instead of SP Flash Tool. In settings, tick 'Erase all flash' in Flash Operation tab,' and then flash the backup firmware you made.
