my phone hav android 11 and imei is change and i cant update my phone via software update if i download firmware from third party site and update manually my android version via moto assiistant tool then there can create problem after update?

It's possible, but if you ensure you're flashing the correct firmware build and variant, you should be fine.

No problem unless the IMEI it change to is black listed in your country
