Tecno Camon 15 Stuck at Tecno Logo, In trial of Rooting

I followed steps provided in by your sir in terms of unlocking the bootloader of my Tecno Camon 15 and it was a success but then after I followed and post by your sir on how to root the same device everything showed no error in the command prompt but after the last command of fastboot reboot the device booted up but got stuck at the word tecno, it's now 2 days.
Sir please I need your help

Flash back stock boot and push twrp to ramdisk and flash magisk apk

First u need a twrp for your codename
Download @ [ Login to download]

Extract and flash using following commands and make sure u flash vbmeta blank

fastboot flash boot (boot image )
fastboot flash vbmeta (vbmeta image)

fastboot flash recovery ( recovery.img
fastboot )
fastboot reboot recovery

Still connect and do

Adb push (drag and drop the magisk APK) /sdcard

Then go to twrp and flash the magisk and reboot

Am sorry for being too disturbing, but what do you meant by flashing vbmeta as blank.
